retail prices listed on our website to qualified businesses. The minimum order is $50.00
(pre-discount). A copy of proof of business must be on file prior to your
purchase. This can be an Occupational license, State Sales Tax ID, or some
other proof. Your documentation can either be faxed or mailed (see below).
Be sure to include your email address so your code and instructions can be
emailed to you.
